Disposition of the Writ when Granted

If the writ of review is granted, the reviewing court may reverse, vacate, remand or modify the decision for errors appearing on the record. Supreme Court may correct district court abuse. — In the exercise of its discre- tionary review of a matter on a writ of certio- rari, the Supreme Court may order relief to correct an abuse of district court discretion.
