With the Court. in (a) The administrative director shall designate, accordance with written procedures established by the administrative director, the banking institutions to serve as depositories for all monies paid to, or deposited with, the courts. Certain accounts in the designated banks shall be the depositories for trust funds held by the various courts. Monies may be withdrawn from the accounts in accordance with procedures established by the administrative director. (b) The proceeds of all fees, forfeitures, penalties and all other monies (except trust funds) collected by or deposited with the courts shall be deposited in the appropriate bank account for transfer to the general fund of the state in accordance with procedures established by the administrative director.
