Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 applies in an adversary proceeding. But a com- plaint objecting to the debtor’s discharge may be dismissed on the plaintiff’s motion only: (a) by a court order setting out any terms and conditions for the dismissal; and (b) with notice to the trustee, the United States trustee, and any other person the court designates.
