Any affidavit of complaint and order that remains unserved for a period of 1 year from the original filing date may be dismissed by the judge, without prejudice. Written notice of entry of a dismissal pursuant to this rule must be mailed to the plaintiff at the address provided by the plaintiff to the court in this action.
