Dismissal of unfounded or frivolous complaint
Rules of the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline
A complaint that a majority of the members of the Commission in attendance finds, on its face, to be unfounded or frivolous shall be dismissed and no further action shall be taken upon such a complaint. The Commission shall give written notice of its action to the complainant and to the respondent.
