Case No. ____________________ Defendant __________________________________ __________________________________ __________________________________ REQUEST FOR DISCOVERY You are hereby notified that the undersigned is requesting _________________ discovery / _______________ reciprocal discovery pursuant to Rule 29 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure for Magistrate Courts. ____________ ____________________________ Date State / Defendant Notice: Pursuant to Rule 29(d) of the Rules of Criminal Procedure for Magistrate Courts, if discovery is requested by the defendant, the relevant discovery material must be provided at least 21 days in advance of the date of trial, provided that the request has been made at least 14 days in advance of the date the response is due. Notice: If reciprocal discovery is requested by the state, the relevant discovery material must be provided at least 14 days before the date of the trial, provided that the request is made at least 7 days in advance of the date the response is due.
