DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Except as a Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, for good cause shown, may order, the Board shall disclose to the applicant any information in the applicant's file. Except as otherwise provided in these rules, or as ordered by a Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court for good cause shown, the Board may determine from time to time as the need arises the type, form, substance, and subject of any other disclosures to applicants or the public of information 7 received, generated, or maintained by the Board or its members in performing their duties.
