Idaho Criminal Rule 6.7. Discharge of Grand Jury A grand jury must serve until discharged by the court but no grand jury may serve more than six months unless specifically ordered by the court that summoned the grand jury. ( Adopted February 22, 2017, effective July 1, 2017 .)
