CrR 8.8 DISCHARGE Upon acquittal, or whenever the court shall direct any criminal prosecution to be dismissed, the defendant shall be released from custody or conditions of release on such charge and any bail shall be exonerated. Comment Supersedes RCW 10.64.090. [Adopted effective July 1, 1973.]
