A. Detention . If it is determined at an intake conference that a juvenile should be detained, the matter shall proceed pursuant to Rule 240. B. Notice to Guardian . If a guardian is not present at the intake conference, the juvenile probation officer immediately shall notify the guardian of the juvenile’s detention.
