Foreclosure Mediation Rules
1. If a party to a mediation fails to pay all the fees required pursuant to NRS 107.086 as well as other applicable statutes, the mediation may be terminated and relief awarded to the nondefaulting party, as may be deemed appropriate. [Added; effective July 31, 2009; amended; effective August 31, 2017.]
