Definitions

For purposes of these rules: (a) When the words ‘‘district court’’ or ‘‘court’’ are used in the adopted Uniform Rules for the District Courts of Wyoming, they shall be construed to mean ‘‘circuit court.’’ (b) When the words ‘‘district judge’’ or ‘‘judge’’ are used in the adopted Uniform Rules for the District Courts of Wyoming, they shall be construed to mean ‘‘circuit judge.’’ (c) When the words ‘‘clerk of district court’’ or ‘‘clerk’’ are used in the adopted Uniform Rules for the District Courts, they shall mean ‘‘circuit judge’’ or the person so designated by the circuit judge. (d) When the words ‘‘court reporter’’ are used in the adopted Uniform Rules for the District Courts, they shall mean ‘‘clerk of circuit court.’’
