Court Appointed Special Advocates Programs
(a) “CASA program” means a Court Appointed Special Advocate program structured and administered as provided herein. (b) "Grant recipient" means any organization receiving funds pursuant to this Part. (c) "Chief Administrator" means the Chief Administrator of the Courts or his or her designee.
