of Administrative Appeals For the purposes of these rules, administrative appeals are those appeals taken pursuant to stat- ute from decisions of officers, boards, commis- sions or agencies of the state or of any political subdivision of the state, and include specifically appeals taken pursuant to: (1) chapter 54 of the General Statutes; (2) chapters 124 through 134 of the General Statutes; or (3) other enabling legislation.
