(a) Entry of default in accordance with Rule 55(a), W.R.C.P., must be made in all default matters. Defaults may be heard by the court at any convenient time. If no request for hearing is made within 90 days after service of process upon the defendant, the case may be dismissed by the court. Upon application to the court before the expiration of 90 days, and showing good cause, the time may be extended. (b) Cases on file for 90 days without service on the defendant will be dismissed by the court.
