The procedure for obtaining a declaratory judgment pursuant to Chapter 2721 of the Revised Code shall be in accordance with these rules. The existence of another adequate remedy does not preclude a judgment for declaratory relief in cases where it is appropriate. The court may advance on the trial list the hearing of an action for a declaratory judgment. Effective Date: July 1, 1970; July 1, 2023
