Declaratory Judgments

These rules govern the procedure for obtaining a declaratory judgment pursuant to the statutes of this state. The existence of another adequate remedy does not preclude a judgment for declaratory relief that is otherwise appropriate. The court may order a speedy hearing of an action for a declaratory judgment. (Adopted March 29, 2021, effective July 1, 2021.)
