Declaration

ELC 15.5 DECLARATION (a) Declaration. Annually each active lawyer must provide the Association with such written declaration or other information as the Association determines is needed to assure that the lawyer is complying with RPC 1.15A. Each active lawyer must complete, execute, and deliver this to the Association by the date specified by the Association. (b) Noncompliance. Any lawyer admitted to the active practice of law who fails to comply with this rule by the date specified in subsection (a) may be ordered suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court until such time as the lawyer complies.
