Supreme Court The Council on Probate Judicial Conduct shall state its decision in writing on the issues of the case. Within two weeks of receipt of notice of an appeal, the council shall forward a finding of fact and conclusions therefrom to the appellate clerk. If the Supreme Court deems it necessary to the proper disposition of the cause, it may remand the case to the Council on Probate Judicial Con- duct for clarification of the basis of its decision. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4162.) (Amended Sept. 16, 2015, to take effect Jan. 1, 2016.)
