Idaho Court Administrative Rule 64. Credit for Jury Service. Credit shall be given in the following manner: (a) If a prospective juror attends court, that is, if the juror actually comes to the courtroom or to the jury assembly area pursuant to call, for prospective service, he or she must receive credit against the ten (10) day statutory limitation, regardless of whether or not the juror is called to serve or is excused from the jury by challenge for cause or peremptory challenge. (b) A juror shall be given credit for service in the same proportion as compensation is statutorily determined, for one-half day or full day credit. (Adopted November 17, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.)
