Appeals and original proceedings filed in a Court of Appeal with more than one division, or transferred to such a court without designation of a division, may be assigned to divisions in a way that will equalize the distribution of business among them. The clerk/executive officer of the Court of Appeal must keep records showing the divisions in which cases and proceedings are pending. Rule 10.1008 amended effective January 1, 2018; repealed and adopted as rule 47 effective January 1, 2005; previously amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007.
