Reinstatement denied. — Where the attor- ney satisfied the terms of his disciplinary sus- pension, the Supreme Court of Wyoming issued an order lifting the disciplinary suspension; however, the attorney could not be reinstated to the practice of law, as there was no indication that he had resolved his continuing legal edu- cation suspension. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo. State Bar 4 and 10(e) was required to seek reinstatement with the Wyoming Board of Con- tinuing Legal Education pursuant to Wyo. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo. State Bar 12 as well as being rein- stated by the Board of Professional Responsi- bility. Bd. of Prof’l Responsibility v.
