Bar shall comply with the admissions requirements set forth in the Wyoming Rules and Procedures Governing Admission to the Practice of Law. Reinstatement denied. — Where the attor- ney satisfied the terms of his disciplinary sus- pension, the Supreme Court of Wyoming issued an order lifting the disciplinary suspension; however, the attorney could not be reinstated to the practice of law, as there was no indication that he had resolved his continuing legal edu- cation suspension. The Supreme Court of Wyo- ming had not received a positive recommenda- tion from the Wyoming State Board of Continuing Legal Education. Bd. of Prof’l Re- sponsibility v. Elsom, 2010 WY 50, 230 P.3d 298, 2010 Wyo. LEXIS 53 (Wyo. 2010). Particular cases. — Attorney who was sus- pended for failure to comply with continuing legal education requirements under Wyo. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo. State Bar 4 and 10(e) was required to seek reinstatement with the Wyoming Board of Con- tinuing Legal Education pursuant to Wyo. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo. State Bar 12 as well as being rein- stated by the Board of Professional Responsi- bility. Bd. of Prof’l Responsibility v. Elsom, 2008 WY 76, 187 P.3d 358, 2008 Wyo. LEXIS 79 (Wyo. 2008).
