Court reporting personnel acting when temporary judge presides

In all matters heard by a temporary judge when acting in place of the appointing judge, the judges, in consultation with each other, will determine what court reporting personnel shall serve and perform in relation to such matters all duties required by law or these rules. § 1-208 amended June 9, 2010; § 1-208 amended June 16, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
