The Register of Wills shall make charges as provided by 12 Del. C. § 2510. Charges for matters not covered by statute shall be fixed by court order. History. Added, effective Dec. 25, 1974. Rule 205. Probate Procedure Not Specified In any instance where the probate procedure is not specifically prescribed by statute or a probate procedure rule, the procedure shall conform to the general practice in the Court of Chancery under the other Rules of the Court of Chancery insofar as practical.
