If any creditor of such an estate shall appeal from the doings or report of the commissioners in allowing the claim of any other creditor, costs, at the discretion of the judicial authority, may be taxed in favor of the prevailing party against the other. No costs shall be allowed against the estate. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 410.) If, by the provisions of the charter of any railroad company, canal company, bridge company, or the like, it shall be made the duty of the judicial author- ity to appoint appraisers, assessors, commission- ers, etc., the clerk’s fees must be paid as in other causes.
