Correction or reduction of sentence

(a) Correction of illegal sentence. A Justice of the Peace may correct an illegal sentence at any time. (b) Reduction of sentence. A Justice of the Peace may reduce a sentence on a motion made within 60 days after the sentence is imposed. A motion for reduction of sentence will be considered without presentation, hearing, or argument unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
