Massachusetts District/Municipal Courts Supplemental Rules of Civil Procedure
Copies of every account, schedule or statement containing more than three items of any matter of action or defense in each case on the trial list shall be handed to the clerk for the use of the court at the commencement of the trial; otherwise the action may be postponed or continued or such other terms imposed as the court may order.
