The archival requirements relating to proceedings under Chapter 33, Family Code, and these rules is governed by Sections 441.158 and 441.185, Government Code, Page 9 and the schedules promulgated by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission pursuant to those authorities. 7. Orders awarding fees, expenses, and costs contain information that is made confidential by Chapter 33, Family Code. The confidentiality of the information should not be affected by the transmission of the order to the Texas Department of Health and to the Comptroller, which is necessary to effectuate payment, or to the Office of Court Administration, which is necessary to oversee the costs associated with the proceedings. Rule 1.9(f) does not preclude either the Comptroller, the Texas Department of Health, or the Office of Court Administration from disclosing total amounts paid for all proceedings, the average amount awarded per proceeding, or other statistical summaries or analyses that do not impair the confidentiality of the proceedings. 8.
