Continuing Jurisdiction to Age 18
Rules of Juvenile Court
Unless terminated by the court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 260C.193, subdivision 6, paragraph (b), jurisdiction of the court shall continue until the child becomes 18 years of age.
