Continuing Education Requirements
General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
The State Court Administrator's Office may establish continuing education requirements for certified and non-certified interpreters on the Statewide Roster. Failure to complete the required education is grounds for suspension or revocation from the Statewide Roster under Rule 8.08. (Added effective September 19, 1996; amended effective January 2, 2006; amended effective July 1, 2020.)
