Continuing education reports

46.10(1) On or before December 1 of each year, each reporter must file with the board, on forms provided by the board, a signed report concerning completion of continuing education for the prior reporting period. The report, along with the annual renewal fee, must be submitted and filed electronically using the reporter’s account with the office of professional regulation. 46.10(2) All active reporters who fail to file the annual report on or before December 1 of each year must pay a penalty of $100.
