A temporary judge has a continuing duty to make disclosures, to disqualify himself or herself, and to limit his or her service as provided under the Code of Judicial Ethics. Rule 2.819 renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 243.21 effective July 1, 2006.
