RULE 42. CONSOLIDATION: SEPARATE TRIALS Rules of Civil Procedure .01 When actions involving a common question of law or fact are pending before a court, the court may order all the actions consolidated or heard jointly, and may make such orders concerning proceedings therein as may tend to avoid unnecessary costs or delay.
