If a party or side fails to serve a disclosure or provide a release within the time specified by these Rules, any other party or side may file a motion to compel the party to do so. At the discretion of the court, a party may be precluded from using information, documents, or witnesses that the party failed to provide or identify as required by these Rules. § 6-2207 adopted December 8, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
