Arbitration Rule 2. Consent to Arbitration All persons requesting arbitration must sign a consent that contains the name(s) of the arbitrator(s), a brief statement of the matter to be decided, and a statement that they will abide by these rules and the arbitrator's award. The consent must be filed with the clerk. COMMENT TO 2018 AMENDMENTS This rule has been amended consistent with the stylistic changes to the civil rules.
