1. All documents and discussions presented during the mediation shall be deemed confidential and inadmissible in any subsequent actions or proceedings, except in judicial foreclosure actions according to these rules and any subsequent appeal. In that case, non-privileged evidence submitted for mediation is discoverable, with the exception of confidential information such as social security numbers, account numbers, and tax ID numbers pursuant to the redaction statute. 2. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the disclosure of such limited information by the mediator or parties as required by NRS Chapter 107 .
