All files, records and proceedings of the Board must be kept confidential, and may not be disclosed except (a) in furtherance of the duties of the Board, (b) upon written request and consent of the persons affected, (c) pursuant to a proper subpoena duces tecum, or (d) as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction. Adopted September 29, 2005, effective immediately.
