8.1. Confidential Cases; Sealed Documents. Documents in confidential cases and documents submitted under seal or sealed by court order shall be maintained in JIMS under electronic security and made accessible to only the parties, the court, the appellate courts, and court staff until a court of competent jurisdiction orders otherwise. 8.2.
