Rules Governing Alternative Dispute Resolution
(a) The arbitrator shall have complete discretion over the timing, location (including any appearance by audio or video conference), conduct, and scheduling of the final arbitration hearing. (b) Any party may, at their own expense, cause the arbitration hearing to be reported. [Added; effective July 1, 1992; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
