A. The Central Legal Staff is comprised of members of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and serves the interests of the Court as a whole and assists the Judges in procedural and substantive matters under the direction of the President Judge. B. The staff is supervised by the Chief Staff Attorney. The Chief Staff Attorney shall prepare and make available to the members of the Court written Internal Operating Procedures for all aspects of Central Legal Staff’s operations. B.
