The document used for transmitting a fax must comply with the rules in division 2, chapter 1 of this title regarding form or format of papers. Any exhibit that exceeds 8-1/2 by 11 inches must be reduced in size to not more than 8-1/2 by 11 inches before it is transmitted. The court may require the filing party to file the original of an exhibit that the party has filed by fax. Rule 2.302 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 2004 effective March 1, 1992.
