Completing the Mee and Mpt Components Using a Personal

Computer. Applicants may use a personal computer to type the MEE and MPT components of the UBE. In order to do so, an applicant must: (i) Indicate the desire to use a personal computer to type the examination on the Application for Admission to the Wyoming State Bar; (ii) Supply a personal computer that meets the current requirements of the Board; (iii) Register and use examination software prescribed by the Board, according to instructions provided to applicant, including payment of any fees associated with use of the software; and (iv) Acknowledge the acceptance of any risk inherent to using electronics, including but not limited to power failure, software malfunction, and equipment failure.
