Utah Supreme Court Rules of Professional Practice
(a) The Committee shall meet as frequently as necessary to conduct the business of the Fund and to timely process claims. (b) The chairperson shall call a meeting at any reasonable time, or upon the request of at least two Committee members. (c) A quorum of any meeting of the Committee shall be three members. (d) Minutes of the meeting shall be taken and permanently maintained.
