(A) As soon as practicable after the conclusion of the examination, the Commission will make a written report to the Court of its recommendations for the admission of examination applicants. (B) As soon as practicable after review of an application for admission by motion pursuant to § 3-119(A) through (E) , the Commission will make a written report to the Court of its recommendations for the admission of motion applicants. (C) The director shall annually report to the Court the number of motion applications for the previous year, including the date of application, and the date a recommendation was made to the Court for admission. § 3-111 amended July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013; § 3-111 amended February 12, 2020.
