Judicial Selection Commission Rules
VICE-CHAIRPERSON The commission shall select one of its members as the vice-chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall serve in the absence of the chairperson. In the event that the chairperson is an attorney, the vice-chairperson shall be a non-attorney of the commission. If the chairperson is not an attorney, the vice-chairperson shall be an attorney.
