A. When the law requires or allows the circuit clerk to send any document by United States mail, including first class, certified, or other type of delivery options, the circuit clerk is permitted to send the document by a third party commercial carrier, provided that the carrier has been previously approved by the Administrative Director of Courts. B. The Administrative Director of Courts may permit the electronic-filing system to provide users with the services of previously approved third-party commercial carriers in addition to those offered by the United States Postal Service.
