Combined Motions

A motion to correct clerical mistakes may be combined with a motion for review. If a party intends to bring both a motion to correct clerical mistakes under this rule and a motion for review Published by the Revisor of Statutes under Minnesota Statutes, section 3C.08, subdivision 1. 267 GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE MINNESOTA COURT RULES under Rule 376.01, the combined motion shall be brought within the time prescribed by Rule 377.02. A combined motion may be decided either by the child support magistrate who issued the decision and order or, at the request of any party, by a district court judge.
