mittee (a) There is hereby established a client security fund committee which shall consist of fifteen mem- bers who shall be appointed by the chief justice. Nine of the members shall be attorneys, three shall not be attorneys and three shall be individ- uals who serve in one of the following capacities: Superior Court judge, judge trial referee, Appel- late Court judge, Supreme Court justice, family support magistrate, family support referee or administrative law judge.
