Effective August 31, 2021 The privacy of each client shall be respected to the maximum extent feasible at each program. At a minimum a program must: (a) use private space for conducting intake, orientation, assessment, case management, and education appointments; and (b) specify in policies and procedures how client privacy is maintained regarding visitors and other non-program personnel.
