Take Papers When a cause other than one mentioned in Sections 20-4 and 20-5 is tried by a judge, and it is not otherwise provided by law where the file and papers shall be lodged, the judge, when a decision has been reached, shall designate a clerk of the Superior Court with whom the same shall be lodged, and shall thereupon lodge the same with such clerk with a memorandum of the judge’s decision, and such clerk shall thereupon become the lawful custodian thereof.
